260 - Forest Santa Stocking

| There have been several versions of this ill-fated chart. Earlier versions had incorrect backstitch instructions and even earlier ones had some missing backstitch lines on the chart. All these problems relate to the fact that the original chart from the kit manufacturer contained many changes from the original chart file we have in our own computers. The chart we had in our files had the tree area at the lower left of the chart stitched partially in half cross stitches but the color label we have been using has the kit model stitched fully in two-strand cross stitches. We apologize for not noticing this. We do not have a stitched model to photograph so are stuck with that photo. The easiest way to deal with this is to simply stitch the entire stocking in normal two-strand cross stitches. The table below indicates the colors that have two different symbols for the same color. All Stitches should be stitched in normal cross stitch with 2 strands.
