Our designs are primarily offered for personal home use. With the purchase of each design or collection, we include the following copyright statement. By purchasing a design file from us, you are purchasing a License to use the design under the conditions discussed below.

Vermillion Stitchery will prosecute any copyright infringements to the fullest extent of the law. This license is granted with the purchase of this design for personal home use. This license also gives the purchaser the right to stitch out this design and the right to sell up to 25 stitched units of this design for profit.

More than 25 stitch-outs of this design is defined as "commercial production" and is strictly prohibited under this license.

A commercial production license may be obtained by writing to The Vermillion Stitchery / 931 Noble Avenue / Lantana, Texas 76226 or emailing us at me@vsccs.com and purchasing a license specifically for commercial production.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: The Vermillion Stitchery’s liability and your exclusive remedy for a defective product shall be replacement of the defective file(s).

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: In no event shall The Vermillion Stitchery be liable for any consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of profits, cost of materials, etc. arising out of the use or loss of use of the file(s), even if Vermillion Stitchery has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We believe this policy will allow most embroiderers the use of our designs for limited sales for charity or worthy causes, or a very small home business.
