If you believe you have defective files… We, at The Vermillion Stitchery, make every effort to provide perfect error-free files. The design files we offer for Sale have been test stitched to insure that they are correct. With online purchased and downloaded files, there is always the possibility that the large zip files could have been corrupted during the download process, but this is extremely rare. You can always Re-Download your Collection again, if you suspect you may have corrupted files, by clicking on the link below. Click on the link below: http://www.digitalriver.com/cs If you believe you have a defective CD, you may return it to us, along with your sales receipt, and we will gladly replace it. Reported File Errors The only real errors that have been reported to us consist of incorrect PDF files, contained in a few of our earliest collections. This occurs when the number of Color Stops in the design file are not the same as the PDF file. If you have discovered such an error, please do email us about it. Include such information as the exact file name and filetype (ie. StarSanta.hus), the approximate date of purchase and the form of purchase (online or CD), and describe the problem. We will correct all errors reported to us as quickly as is humanly possible. We have attempted to provide corrected files where necessary. Please check our Machine Embroidery Corrections Page first, to see if the solution to you problem has been provided. You are responsible for learning to use both your basic computer as well as your specific sewing machine and its software. Please visit your sewing machine dealer… If you are at a loss as to how to use our files, we suggest you visit your sewing machine dealer for more assistance. Regretfully, we are unable to provide support about using specific file types for specific machines. We also are unable to provide support for basic computer file handling.
