Replacement of Purchased Downloaded Collection Files

While we have great sympathy (and empathy!) for files that have been lost, as we have had some dreadful computer hard drive failures ourselves, it is ultimately each person's own responsibility to protect their own downloaded files against loss. We have discussed the issue of Backing Up your purchased files. This can save you a great deal of frustration.

In addition, please print out and keep a copy of your email purchase receipt from Digital River. We cannot honor any requests for replacement files without some kind of Proof of Purchase.

If you need to download your order again...

It will be easier if you have the email you received to confirm your order. If you don't have it, you can still find your order by entering the email address you used when you placed your order.

Due to the growing number of requests for us to replace purchased files, we have had to institute a $10.00 charge if you require complete collection files to be emailed to you. Most of our Collections are quite large (several mb in size) and require quite a lot of time to email. We will not honor requests for replacement files without all of the information below:

SALES RECEIPT:
The best and quickest way for you to give us the information we need would be to email us a copy of the receipt email you received or a copy of your receipt if you purchased your CD from a dealer.

Correct Full Name:
Your correct full name used when you purchased.

Item purchased:
Was your collection purchased online, or did you purchase a CD collection?

How Item was Purchased:
Online via Digital River
From your sewing machine Dealer or
Individual Order via Phone or Fax

Purchase Date:
We need at least an approximate purchase date.

Exact Item Purchased:
We need to know the EXACT COLLECTION NAME purchased and the FILETYPE you need.

Description of your Problem:
We cannot be of assistance if we are unclear about what the problem might be. A clear and concise description of the problem will enable us to help you much more quickly.
