
| Replacement of Purchased Downloaded Collection Files While we have great sympathy (and empathy!) for files that have been lost, as we have had some dreadful computer hard drive failures ourselves, it is ultimately each person's own responsibility to protect their own downloaded files against loss. We have discussed the issue of Backing Up your purchased files. This can save you a great deal of frustration. In addition, please print out and keep a copy of your email purchase receipt from Digital River. We cannot honor any requests for replacement files without some kind of Proof of Purchase. If you need to download your order again... It will be easier if you have the email you received to confirm your order. If you don't have it, you can still find your order by entering the email address you used when you placed your order.
