Most people are able to download our charts, and we are not able to give explanations for individual problems, as much as we would like to. We do have the following suggestions to assist with "Missing" Download Links or Overlapping Text, that prevent the Design Links from being viewed.
In the newest Internet Explorer, which is the browser we recommend, on the Menu at the upper right, Click on the down arrow of the Page Icon        Click on Text Size and Select Medium or smaller. There should no longer be any text overlap.		In Mozilla Firefox, click on the Tools Menu, then click on Options, then Content, and change the Default Font Size to 12 or less. This should reduce all of the text on the page, which will enable the download links on the bottom row to be visible.
AOL USERS: I'm afraid it is something within the AOL system that causes newest designs to not immediately appear. AOL apparently delays the display of new or changed pages for several days, due to security concerns, I expect. One AOL User uses Internet Explorer, not the AOL Browser on some sites. Please try this. As much as I would love to help everyone who has trouble getting our sample designs, we just do not have the time to provide the files to individual people who have trouble getting them. The vast majority (several thousand) are able to download the designs for our web page. We hope that you will find a solution. Please do have patience, and keep trying! Keep your browser up-to-date, and hope for the best!
